Buying necks and capes through mail order has always been a crap shoot! Or at least it has been to me.
You never knew what you were getting. Receiving a good neck was like winning the lottery!
Most of the time the feathers were too skinny, bent or even torn. Well that has changed.
The Whiting American Rooster capes are the best I have ever got my hands one. Every neck is the
same as the next in quality and color. We have just added the full line of Whiting American Rooster capes
in 66 colors and in 3 grades.  These are great for saltwater and bass flies. 75% of the feathers on these
capes are over 3 inches long and over half the neck has feathers 4 to 6 inches and some longer.
BRONZE $24.00 each - Excellent quality and adequate for nearly all tying needs.
Far better than any other cape on the market.
  SILVER $36.00 each-   Additionally large, generous and strong in tying quality.
  GOLD $48.00 each -     Exceptionally large, generous and strong in tying qualities.
